Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Strategy: Drive research and development initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI) into our core product suite.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of Deep Learning models and ensure optimal performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Neural Network architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
