Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI and machine learning architectures designed for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
- Quantum-ML Integration: Lead research and development into hybrid systems that leverage both classical cloud computing and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Roadmap Definition: Create long-term technical roadmaps aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize neural network inference and reduce computational overhead for edge devices.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make critical architectural decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
