The Role
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will lead a team of world-class engineers to deploy models that define the industry standard for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning infrastructure.
- Lead the research and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI product development, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Ensure model reliability, fairness, and ethical governance in all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical discipline.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data engineering stacks.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning paradigms.
- Track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
