Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced machine learning models designed to scale for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
