Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models, including LLMs and Computer Vision systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize cloud infrastructure and MLOps pipelines to reduce latency and deployment costs.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical strategy for AI integration within enterprise products, aligning with the 2026 vision.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI concepts to ensure they meet market needs before full-scale rollout.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
