Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for the 2026 roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship and driving technical excellence across the organization.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate viable advancements into our core stack.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure low-latency, high-throughput processing for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Establish security and compliance protocols to mitigate risks associated with AI deployment and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
