Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Research & Development: Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from prototyping and training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization in production environments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define the technical vision and long-term goals for the company's AI strategy.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability, low latency, and optimal performance of all AI-driven products and services.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and align technical projects with broader business objectives, specifically relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
