Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and neural network architectures designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives exploring emerging paradigms in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Performance Optimization: Drive optimization strategies to reduce latency and improve model inference efficiency at scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
