Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning systems tailored for high-volume data processing.
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure to support real-time neural network training and inference.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including quantum algorithms and advanced NLP models.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, algorithmic bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure system reliability and performance under extreme loads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field with 8+ years of experience in AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and managing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading engineering teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
