Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale neural networks and distributed computing systems.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product lines, integrating emerging technologies like quantum computing and edge AI.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to enhance model efficiency, accuracy, and interpretability.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment pipeline, ensuring models are optimized for latency, throughput, and resource consumption.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product management teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Quantum Insight: Familiarity with quantum computing principles or experience in hybrid classical-quantum algorithms is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated history of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and drive architectural decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
