Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting 2026-era data demands.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and predictive analytics into core product ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and code quality.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure real-time processing efficiency.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data security compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven experience deploying ML systems in high-volume production environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
