Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and AI ethics compliance across all models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model training pipelines.
- Prototype cutting-edge algorithms using quantum-ready computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Deep Learning, or AI Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
