Responsibilities
- Design and deploy high-performance AI architectures capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with legacy systems.
- Collaborate with quantum research teams to optimize algorithms for future hardware.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the AI division.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Rust, Go, or C++ for high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
