As a key player in our strategic roadmap, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment, shaping the future of our enterprise AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Oversee the MLOps lifecycle, ensuring model reliability, performance monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience deploying and optimizing large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
