Responsibilities
- Architect the Vision: Define and lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cutting-edge performance.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines from the ground up.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and neural networks to integrate disruptive technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and managing complex ML model lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-impact problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
