Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting the 2026 market release.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of AI models at scale.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) deployment.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in MLOps, data pipelines, and real-time inference systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with quantum computing integration or edge AI architectures is a plus.
