Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Architecture Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for machine learning pipelines and large language models.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in research, prototyping, and production deployment.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) and prototype their integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
