Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the 2026 Horizon R&D: Spearhead research and development projects focused on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and predictive modeling.
- Technical Strategy & Vision: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the exponential growth of AI adoption.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and C++, setting the standard for engineering excellence across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks to ensure AI systems are safe, unbiased, and transparent.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language model architecture.
- Cloud Native: Proven experience deploying and managing large-scale AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate emerging technology trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
