Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Design the core infrastructure for our next-gen AI platform, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise deployment, focusing on inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Integration: Translate academic research into production-ready code, integrating novel algorithms into our core product.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural network optimization.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends in AI and translate them into technical strategy.
