Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 AI suite, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling real-time data streams and complex computations.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and robustness of all AI models and underlying infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI into the core platform.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
