Responsibilities
- Define and implement the core architectural roadmap for the 2026 AI platform, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into legacy neural networks and edge computing systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, high availability, and compliance with emerging global data regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-ready code.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to support next-generation hardware compatibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning domains.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a focus on high-performance computing and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and data governance frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive complex projects from concept through to global launch.
