Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligning business goals with architectural strategy.
- Lead the design of enterprise-grade, cloud-native systems ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern microservices architectures.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement robust security protocols across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define technical specifications and standards.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading complex system migrations and digital transformations.
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or TOGAF are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
