Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to drive the development of next-gen technologies.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies that will impact the 2026 landscape, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical team members with clarity and precision.
- Mentor senior talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the 2026 division.
- Oversee the budget, resource allocation, and timeline management for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale initiatives from concept to completion.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
