Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls with accuracy and speed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and digital databases.
- Support the scheduling of appointments and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Handle basic inventory management for office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and edit simple documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Perform light cleaning and organization of common areas to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Current High School Student or recent graduate (Age 16+).
- Strong interest in business administration, office operations, or corporate careers.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
