- Mentor a team of 8+ researchers and prototype engineers
- Patent 3+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Sustainable Engineering
- 8+ years in R&D leadership at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, carbon capture tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
