Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning and emerging technology assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and validate innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation portfolios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of experimentation
- Measure KPIs for innovation ROI and sustainable impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Startup methodology
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Stage-Gate or Agile Scrum
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
