Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present innovation strategies and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive culture of experimentation through agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Mentor junior innovators and build internal capability in future-tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven experience leading disruptive tech initiatives (AI/ML, Web3, or quantum computing)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercially deployed innovations
