Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their market applications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Innovation, or related field
- Track record of launching products/services with $50M+ revenue impact or equivalent market disruption
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy, Scenario Planning)
- Certification in emerging technology domains (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI) preferred
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
