- Design and pilot scalable solutions addressing global challenges in healthcare, energy, and urban infrastructure
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling investor presentations and feasibility studies
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing 2+ white papers annually in top-tier journals
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and ecosystem mapping
- Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB for trend modeling and data analysis
- Published author in innovation management or technology foresight
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for international collaboration
- Validated experience securing government grants or venture capital for R&D
