Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design proof-of-concept projects for next-gen solutions (AI ethics, biotech integration, etc.)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for high-impact 2026 initiatives
- Champion design thinking methodologies across organizational silos
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, Web3, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM) preferred
- Experience scaling agile methodologies in enterprise environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
