Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype and scale innovation projects
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies with $10M+ revenue potential
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to ensure competitive advantage
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and design thinking principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership or strategic technology roles with proven track record of scaling ventures
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional presentation skills with history of securing $5M+ in funding or resources
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile Innovation, or Strategic Foresight preferred
