Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget and oversee vendor/partner relationships
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and IP protection for novel solutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budget management
- Exceptional strategic communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Experience with agile and lean methodologies
