Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration, biometric interfaces, and carbon-negative infrastructure
- Secure $10M+ in venture capital and strategic partnerships for frontier technologies
- Mentor a 15-person multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Pioneer patent portfolios for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Drive open-source collaboration with global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 3+ years in C-suite roles
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on 2026+ tech trends
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Portfolio of launched products generating >$50M ARR with 10x growth metrics
