- Develop and execute 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize breakthrough projects with $10M+ investment potential
- Build and manage a team of 15+ specialists across engineering, UX, and emerging tech domains
- Secure strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products valued at $50M+
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic engineering
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published research or patents in future-tech fields (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing $20M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., MIT Sloan, Stanford d.school)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
