Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries daily
- Maintain organized reception areas and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and benefits inquiries

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of receptionist or front desk experience
