Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-resistant algorithms for next-generation AI models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers in developing quantum hardware-software integration strategies.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI advancements, specifically targeting breakthroughs achievable by 2026.
- Collaborate with global partners to standardize protocols for quantum data transmission and processing.
- Conduct high-level research on emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Oversee the deployment of quantum cloud infrastructure to support enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
