Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap leading up to 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on emerging tech trends, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies to drive competitive advantage and innovation.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Manage a team of visionary engineers and product strategists to prototype and validate future solutions.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, Edge Computing) and their potential business applications.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
