Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Encryption) and integrate them into core business models.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for pilot programs and experimental technologies.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators.
- Drive the ethical implementation of new technologies, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or product strategy within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or managing complex innovation pipelines.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and emerging tech trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
