Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal R&D initiatives focused on next-gen technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Vendor & Tech Partner Management: Evaluate and partner with cutting-edge technology providers and startups to integrate future-proof solutions.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and lead a world-class team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous technical assessments to determine the viability and scalability of emerging technologies for enterprise deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies for the C-suite and board.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Technology Strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and apply them to business growth.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and blockchain foundations.
- Strategic Planning: Proven history of creating long-term technology roadmaps that deliver measurable ROI.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
