Responsibilities
- Define and lead the execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects and engineers to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to translate strategic vision into technical architecture.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and innovation within the organization.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering on long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Strong understanding of system scalability and high-availability architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
