Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and lead the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Autonomous Systems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a high-performing research and development team focused on exploratory technologies with high potential for commercialization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of global tech ecosystems to predict shifts in the AI landscape and advise executive leadership on potential disruptions.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and tech innovators to foster innovation and talent acquisition.
- Implementation: Guide the technical transition of our current product lines to align with future-proof architectures.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a specific focus on AI strategy and R&D.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and emerging tech stacks (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and successfully integrating them into business models.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
