Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI technology roadmap and strategic vision.
- Lead high-level research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate advanced AI models into production pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in the future web ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions that drive business value.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
