Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI initiatives, identifying emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Agent systems, and Autonomous AI.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and lead a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI ethicists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- R&D Governance: Establish rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure AI safety, reliability, and compliance with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and executing complex technology strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
