- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for C-suite executives, board members, and external industry partners to secure funding and resources.
- Team Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and data scientists.
- Product Innovation: Translate complex quantum concepts into market-ready AI products that drive revenue and user engagement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and ethical concerns regarding AI ethics in quantum processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3-5 years in leadership or management roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq) and experience implementing hybrid quantum algorithms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth tech environments.
