Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing AI, machine learning, and automation initiatives.
- Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with broader business goals.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary AI solutions and internal tools.
- Manage a budget for R&D and ensure high ROI on technology investments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI, or software engineering leadership roles.

- Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Experience in the United States market is highly preferred.
