Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Create a comprehensive, long-term strategy for integrating Generative AI across all product lines, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Identify emerging trends and technologies (e.g., Multimodal AI, Agentic Workflows) and prototype high-impact solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce strict AI ethics guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment of generative models.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of data scientists and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or Technical Consulting, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of LLM architectures (GPT, Claude, Llama), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps that have resulted in significant market impact or revenue growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
