As a core member of our R&D division, you will define the technical blueprint for our flagship products, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in Generative Design, Spatial Computing, and Ethical AI. Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models and multimodal generative systems capable of processing real-time data streams.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies expected to define the 2026 tech landscape, including advanced reasoning models and agentic workflows.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of inference pipelines and model quantization to ensure low-latency performance on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, safe, and reliable.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering, with a focus on Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges in dynamic environments.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and articulate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
