Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines using proprietary datasets.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance factual accuracy and minimize hallucinations.
- Lead the deployment of Agentic AI workflows that autonomously execute complex, multi-step tasks.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous learning loops.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate generative features into consumer-facing applications.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and safety alignment across all model outputs.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready NLP models at scale.
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation metrics and safety alignment techniques.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
