Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year technological roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal needs

- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized governance models
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to pioneer brain-computer interfaces for accessibility
- Champion ethical AI development frameworks with global regulatory bodies
- Present visionary concepts to Fortune 500 partners and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Scanning' incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with proven impact on 5+ year innovation cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture funding >$10M
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and their technological implementation pathways

- PhD or equivalent in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
