Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance distributed systems for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum algorithms with classical machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and define engineering best practices for a high-velocity team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to validate technical feasibility.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability in a cloud-native environment.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies in neural interfaces and edge computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and predictive modeling.
